After years in international marketing and sales, I discovered that the same principles apply in hospitality: understanding people, anticipating their needs, and creating moments that stay with them. Running my own holiday rentals and concierge services showed me how much guest experience is shaped by empathy and storytelling — the human touch behind every detail.


That’s how Coup de Coeur was born.


The name reflects both who I am — my initials, CDC — and what I believe in: working from the heart. A coup de cœur is that spark of genuine enthusiasm, the feeling you get when something simply feels right. My goal is to help hosts create those moments for their guests — authentic, lasting, and full of warmth.


Today, I guide holiday stay owners in transforming their communication into a true guest journey. I bring together my marketing, digital, and design experience with my love for travel, languages, and human connection. My work blends hospitality with innovation — from crafting branded digital guides to automating systems that make hosting both easier and more personal.
