I am Christel — coach, creator, and the heart behind Coup de Coeur.

After years in international marketing, hospitality work, and running my own holiday rentals, I discovered how deeply the guest experience is shaped by empathy, anticipation, and small intentional touchpoints. A name that reflects who I am — my initials, CDC — and what I believe in: working from the heart.
